The grapes for this Pinot Noir were crafted with fruit grown in South Eastern Australia. The grapes were picked and crushed early during the peak of harvest to retain the varietal characters and preserve the fruit flavour. Fermentation took place in sweeping arm red fermenters, delivering a gentle wine with a dense, rich colour and superb flavour.

Pinot Noir can be served at room temperature (depending on how its stored) or even chilled between 12-14 degrees will make this variety shine. Store your wine on your kitchen counter top or better still, if you have a spare cupboard space which is cool and dry (not damp) this would be best - always lay flat if possible.

Impress your guests by serving a delicate wild mushroom risotto, pan fried salmon with sautéed green beans, mouth-watering slow-roasted pork belly or for those extra special occasions, Peking duck.
